The "Victoria" is a cropped crushed black velvet jacket from Raven. The front fastens by means of a hook and eye at the neck and a frog button and loop in the center of the decorative applique panel. The sleeves are full and slightly puffed at the shoulder, but taper down the arm before flaring at the cuff. The inside of this jacket is fully lined.
