Delivery Charges
For mainland UK orders only Primal Forge uses Royal Mail 1st class service for small and lightweight items suitable for posting. As of January we welcomed UPS as our courier service in order to be able to deliver the heavier & bulkier items purchased on this website worldwide for 2009 onwards.
Delivery charges are calculated by taking into account the overall weight of all items included in the order to ensure that the delivery costs are kept to a minimum. (Please note: in the case of certain oversized/long & multiple parcels a small surcharge has been included in the delivery costs to cover the volumetric weight. This is shown as the weight of your order which may be over that stated on the package). An order is shipped only when all of the items in that order are available. As of January 2009 Primal Forge are now able to offer International deliveries via the website. Please note, due to their location the Channel Islands, Northern and Republic of Ireland (Ireland EU), the Isle of Man and the Scottish Hebrides fall under International Delivery not Mainland UK and have a seperate listing in the Country selection. It is possible deliveries to these destinations may incur additional shipping fees to those on the website/order.
In addition to the delivery options below, we also offer to those customers that have registered a Standard Account with us the option to pick up your purchases from our LRP site in Chislehurst Caves, where we run the Labyrinthe LRP system. This option is free of charge, and when we confirm your order we will also confirm the dates from when your purchases will be ready to pick up. Please note: All orders for collection must be paid for on-line before they will be picked, and that the LRP side of the caves is only open on weekends.
The cost of delivery via Royal Mail First Class post, dependant upon the weight of the total order is calculated using the table below. Please note, due to parcel size constraints by Royal Mail it may not be possible to send some of the bulkier lighter weight items via this service, nor is it possible to track or trace orders sent on this service.

Please be aware, that orders over the above weight may no longer meet Royal Mail small packet restrictions and may need to be delivered via UPS.
For the following services we aim for orders placed by 2pm to leave same day where ever possible.
All orders over 1400g (1.4kg) and any International Deliveries will be delivered via UPS. The approximate delivery times for their services are;

All deliveries using Royal Mail trackable or UPS services will be confirmed to the email address provided on the order with a tracking number to allow you to track the process of your order once dispatched.

For all valid* mainland UK orders over £250.00 in value (before delivery charges) and less than 20kgs in weight, free delivery is available using the relevant delivery option.*Order must be placed using a Primal Forge Standard Account log in.
For all orders over 40kgs in weight and for a few of the very large products we have for sale, you will be asked to call/contacted by the Primal Forge office to arrange delivery separately. This is to allow us to find the cheapest way to get your purchase to you.
