How to Apply:
Apply to clean dry skin or hair
Apply a generous amount using a moistened sponge, or you can use your finger
Use circular motions for a smoother finish
Use sweeping, buffing or dabbing motions for a more textured finish
Take extra care around the eyes, always keep eyes closed during application
