Please note, that for certain oversized/long & multiple parcels a small surcharge has been included in the delivery costs to cover the volumetric weight. This is shown as the weight of your order which may be over that stated on the package.
All deliveries using UPS will be confirmed to the email address provided on the order with a tracking number to allow you to track the process of your order once dispatched.
*Failed UPS Deliveries :
UPS will attempt re-delivery on three separate occasions in the case of a failed delivery. If after this time delivery still has been unsuccessful the parcel will be returned to sender. Subsequent deliveries may result in another delivery charge, and orders cancelled after a failed delivery may result in an administration charge of up to £25.00.
For all valid* mainland UK orders over £250.00 in value (before delivery charges) and less than 20kgs in weight, free delivery is available using the relevant delivery option.*Orders must be placed using a Primal Forge Standard or Club Account log in.
For all orders over 40kgs in weight and for a few of the very large products we have for sale, you will be asked to call/contacted by the Primal Forge office to arrange delivery separately. This is to allow us to find the most economical way to get your purchase to you.
