It is important to us at Primal Forge that you are satisfied with the quality of the product that you have purchased, and with the service that you receive from us.

Thinking of returning an item?

If you are thinking of returning a product to us then we would be interested in your feedback. Was it just the wrong size or not quite the colour you were looking for, or was the quality not up to standard? It is important to us that we get your feedback so we can take any steps we can to continually improve both our products and our service to you. If you aren't comfortable giving that feedback directly on the phone or via e-mail then please do give us as many details in writing when you return the goods.

Our 14 day return guarantee

Our 14 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and you return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, repackaged (resealed and shrink wrapped if appropriate, and with items of clothing with the labels still attached) then we will issue a full refund of the price you paid for the item. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 14 days unless they are faulty.

This returns and refund policy does not affect your statutory rights

When you return an item back to us we will process the returned item and then notify you of your refund via e-mail. You can expect the refund to be made in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase and for the process to be completed within four weeks of us receiving your return.

Items returned due to defect

If you are returning an item because of an error on the part of Primal Forge or if it is damaged or defective then Primal Forge will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you, your postage costs of returning the item to us, and the price you paid for the item when originally purchased. Any amounts credited to club accounts due to the original purchase will also be cancelled.

Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period

By law customers located in the European Union also have the right to cancel a purchase within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Where you are canceling a purchase under this legislation Primal Forge will refund the cost of the item being returned and the cost of sending the item to you (where the item was part of a larger order we will refund the per-item charge of delivering that order). We will not refund the cost of you returning the goods to us, or any other associated costs incurred. Any amounts credited to club accounts due to the original purchase will also be cancelled.

Items returned under the 14 day returns guarantee

Where you are canceling your purchase under the 14 day returns guarantee and there has been no error on the part of Primal Forge we will refund only the cost of the item purchased. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other service provided to you in connection with that service. Any amounts credited to club accounts due to the original purchase will also be cancelled.
