A gambeson is ideal for wearing under your medieval armor - be it full or partial suits of chain, platemail.. or for those truely mad souls.. BOTH!!. This gambeson provides plenty of padding and airflow so you should feel and stay comfortable whilst defending the realm from the ravening hords of Goblin.. (yeah.. her name's Helga, fear her!).
This studded padded gambeson has short (elbow length) sleeves, which are fixed to the body at the shoulder, but open under arm to allow better movement and airflow. The front is endlosed excelpt for a buckled opening at the neck and a long split both front and back. However the body sides and under sides of the arms are opened seamed, fastening by a series of leather strap & buckles which makes this one of the easiest gambesonds to put on or take off.
This gambeson is very thick and durable. It is perfect for use under heavy armour, or with the added studded decoration just for dressing your character.
