Account Validation

Primal Forge reserves the right to refuse applications for Club and/or retail accounts. Should it be found, subsequent to account validation, that in the opinion of Primal Forge, the club or retail account is being operated not in accordance with the registration restrictions then we reserve the right to terminate that account. Notice of termination will be provided by e-mail sent 3 days prior to termination. The termination notice need not be read or acknowledged in order to constitute sufficient notification of termination. The notification is effective upon sending to the address used to register the affected account. Should a club account be terminated due to misuse then any outstanding club contribution credit will be lost at that time.

Sale of Products

When you place an order to purchase a product on this website we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the order details. Your order represents an offer to Primal Forge to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send you an e-mail confirmation that we have dispatched that product to you. That acceptance is completed at the time we send the confirmation of dispatch to you
